INTEGRATION OF IOT TECHNOLOGY WITH THE CLOUD TO INSPECT BUMPS AND DIPS IN THE ROAD USING SENSORS

To integrate Internet of Things technology to inspect the Bumps and Dips using sensors, nowadays monitoring road conditions in a city is a problem widely studied. In this paper we proposed several methods to avoid these issues. Several proposed techniques require dedicated hardware such as GPS, wireless technologies, Vibration sensors on the Vehicles. We propose a vehicle to vehicle communications and with the cloud by means of ultrasonic sensors. Further, we propose the design of a entire road dump and dips detection system, with the sensing layer, and including a web service to infer a big data that can be sent back to the vehicle to be used by the user. The details of the road conditions are sent using voice messages which are fixed in cars. This project prevents accident during night travels and helpful for the heart patients and aged people to avoid using bumpy roads.
